It's easy to follow when all the information you need is printed on the screen and you can follow a human hand doing the motions.
You'll also notice that the hand is using only the index finger. We advocate using whatever finger is comfortable until you start to feel comfortable with the geography of the piano. Only then should you worry about what finger to use.
It's far more important to get the general idea of piano playing than be restricted by concepts like fingering or rhythm: start with finding the correct piano keys, and then proceed to fingering and rhythm.
